DDL - 03 - Scrum Master
Job Description
- Mentoring and coaching Scrum team to instill agile values and principles and lead by example
- Facilitating productivity by removing impediments team will encounter, mediating through conflicts, helping team to make decisions and adhering to continues improvement principles
- Supporting and educating Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
- Keeping Scrum process on track and passing it to the team as selforganization matures
- Helping team adhere to the best engineering practices and makes sure everybody understand technical debt concept
- Leveraging data to measuring & monitoring progress
- Ensure agile/Scrum concepts and principles are adhered to, should be able to be a voice of reason and authority
Minimum Qualifications
- Have Bachelor Degree from reputable University with education background from Computer Science / Information Technology, Science & Technology or equivalent
- Have 4 or more years of experiences as Scrum Master in IT industry
- Experience creating release plans using agile best practices.
- Experience using Agile Tools to manage backlog and track iterations, experience with Jira is required.
- JIRA Administration Expertise
- Must have strong understanding of the software development life cycle and have a proven track record as the Scrum Master for multiple teams delivering complex technical projects.
- Ability to coach and provide direction to team in the initial stages of adopting scrum methodologies.
- Software development background is a plus

DDL - 04 - PaaS Operations Engineer
Job Description
- Build, configure and deploy a wide range of application and database servers on Linux infrastructure.
- Support software development teams and associated proprietary software infrastructure and code management / deployment tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server failures by leveraging CM to diagnose and fix issues.
- Perform server upgrades and migrations via manual or automated deployments/methods.
- Collaborate with CISO Office to perform system security functions including determination, application, and testing of security settings.
- Maintain proper documentation and develop / adhere to configuration management procedures.
- Implement and manage applications on cloud-hosted platforms (ex. AWS or Google Compute).

Job Description

- Have 3 or more years of experience on fast-paced Java projects
- Proficient design and development experience with Microservices Architecture.
- Experience working in Agile development teams, processes and CI/CD environments and tooling.
- Min 3 year experience in Object Oriented Programming.
- Min 1 year experience in Java programming using Spring Framework (preferable Spring 4.x) and Java programming using RDMS Database.
- Possess knowledge on the concept of JMS (Java Messaging Service)

Job Description:
- Ensure that the scrum team is fully functional and productive
- Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions in the scrum team
- Remove barriers/ bottleneck in the project
- Shield the team from external interferences during the Sprint
- Ensure that the scrum process is followed, including issuing invitations to Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Planning meetings
- Cooperate with IT PMs, and other IT teams to do the projects’ activities and system deliveries.
- Understanding in devising deployment plan and strategy to align with management direction.
- Ensure the removal of impediments that blocks the project’s progress.
- Report periodically to the stakeholders for the project’s progress.
Minimum Qualifications
- Have at least Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- 4 years of work experience project management
- 1 years of experience as scrum master in banking project
- Experienced in delivering IT projects, Change Requests, and System Stabilization / Improvements in Waterfall or Agile SDLC as PMO.
- Possession of project management knowledge and IT related skillsets is an advantage
- Maximum age limit of 35 years old
