Position Summary

Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as SHE Officer, you will be responsible to manage, develop, maintain, and coordinate safety, health and sustainable development initiatives at site project are in line with company objectives.
A day in the life of...
- Ensure appropriate safety review and determination of safety compliance with applicable regulation (Nestlé & Local regulation)
- Develop appropriate local performance target for safety review and compliance activities
- Identify and provide training needs for employees and contractors
- Conducts risk analysis using performance information to determine where safety compliance concerns may exist and follows up as necessary
- Maintain implementation of work permit system including quality of Job Safety Analysis and consistency of the implementation in the workplace area
- Maintain Safety Leadership and Behavior of personnel (Nestlé employees and contractors) on site / project, together with SHE Manager, make proper analysis and strategy to close every gaps and continual improvement.
- Building and maintaining good relationship with local authorities
- Inspect the workplace to determine whether any activities and equipment could cause injury or property damage in the workplace
- Investigate any accident i.e., near miss, dangerous occurrence, occupational poisoning, or disease, which may happen at workplace to prevent further reoccurrence
What will make you successful
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Any Engineering major
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as Safety Officer in site project
- Good understanding about ISO 45001: 2018
- Good understanding on managing the contractors (CSMS/ Contractor Safety Management System)
- Good understanding on managing SHE aspect on site / project
- Has strong leadership and strategical thinking
- Willing to be place in Batang, Central Java
