Manyar Smelter Project - Chief Accountant, Accounts Payable – Smelter


Resolve and prevent any payment problems, and provide payment related information to ensure all payments can be processed appropriately and efficiently according to company's policies and procedures, satisfy A/P customer, and support other department operation.

Role Spesific Competencies
Analytical skill, especially in financial.

Understand accounting process system, such as G/L, A/P, A/R.
Fully understand company's policies and procedures.
Requirements
S1 Degree preferably in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with minimum 3 years related experience in accounting/finance.


Manyar Smelter Project - Superintendent, General Accounting - Smelter

Plan, direct, and supervise financial activities such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, petty cash, payroll and its related payment including contract related matters in order to ensure that such activities are conducted in accordance with Company's policies and procedures as well as Sarbanes Oxley requirement. 

Review general accounting mandatory reporting in order to ensure that all reports are present in accordance with General Accepted Accounting Standard as well as other regulation and reporting standard requirement.

Knowledge in internal control standards (including Sarbanes Oxley requirement, financial reporting, taxation, Indonesian and US GAAP).
Knowledge in finance, treasury and banking environment.

Requirements
S1 (Bachelor Degree) in Accounting or Finance with minimum 8 years working experience in public accountant firm and/or large multinational company in financial accounting areas.

Manyar Smelter Project - Chief Acct., Financial Closing - Smelter

Coordinate, review, control, analyze, and supervise the overall accounting activities within Smelter & PMR Operations, in order to make sure that the activities are in line with accounting procedures, departmental and company policies, budget and contract obligations. 

Coordinate, review, monitor, and report capital fixed assets accounting data in accordance with relevant standard as required to ensure the accurateness and timely reporting of key financial, tax, and insurance data pertaining to Smelter & PMR Capital Expenditure.

Manyar Smelter Project – Responsible Production Frame Work Chief / Superintendent

Under the direct supervision of the Strategic Sustainable Development Manager, serves as the subject matter expert on the implementation of the environmental and social management systems and verifies compliance with regulations and responsible production objectives. This includes, but is not limited to, applicable national, regional, and local regulations; IFC Performance Standards; World Bank EHS Guidelines; ICMM Performance Standards, Copper Mark, and other standards agreed upon by senior leadership. This role will be an individual contributor and will be expected to complete the tactical and strategic tasks associated with the work stream.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Social, Law, Economics and seven (7) years of experience of related fields.
Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills (negotiating, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing).
Mastery of computer skills sufficient to maintain database.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (proficient fluency) and English (proficient fluency).
Ability to work independently and with teams.

Manyar Smelter Project - Chief/Superintendent – Social 

Responsibility
Participating in the execution and evolution of the Company’s social responsibility strategy and social performance policies, standards, practices, and programs. Identifies, develops, and implements strategic sustainable community development programs, including site-specific activities that mitigate risks and protect social license to operate. Supports the implementation of key programs and processes including social investment, local contributions, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, program promotion and evaluation, and internal business coordination. Monitors and responds to actual and potential social issues, impacts and risks that will or could affect operations.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social, Law and Economics and seven (7) years of experience of related fields.
Previous experience managing CSR programs including stakeholder engagement, grievance management, and social investments.
Strong customer service focus and interpersonal skills (negotiating, problem-solving, and knowledge-sharing).
Mastery of computer skills sufficient to maintain a database of engagement with stakeholders and prepare reports and presentations of results.
Ability to work on issues that may lead to conflict or be emotionally charged.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (proficient fluency) and English (proficient fluency).
Ability to work independently and with teams.
