PLTU Tanjung Jati B terletak di pantai utara pulau Jawa pada titik yang dikenal sebagai Semenanjung Muria. Total luas tanaman terdiri dari 150 hektar di Desa Tubanan, Wilayah Kembang, sekitar 83 km timur laut kota Semarang, dan 25 km utara kota Jepara, Jawa Tengah.

Posisi:

1. Mechanical Technician
Mechanical Technician is under Third Party Contract in general Execute all Maintenance works in area and fill in maintenance checklists, Record and identify any defects and/or failures.

Job Description:
Execute all Maintenance works in area and fill in maintenance checklists, Record and identify any defects and/or failures, Coordinate with other maintenance sections during activities and Monitor contractors work to ensure high standard of safety as well as performance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma from Mechanical Engineering
  • General knowledge of power plant process
  • Understand mechanical drawings
  • General knowledge of rotating and static equipment
  • Able to use computer for reporting and update MMS
  • Able to use mechanical measurement tools
  • Able to welding and grinding is advantages
  • Able to reading alignment tools (laser or dial)
  • Able to use lathe machine etc

2. Field Operator (FGD)
Field Operator is under Third Party Contract in general responsible to maintain continuity of Power Plant Process to get high performance and availability

Job Description:
Responsible to maintain continuity of Power Plant Process to get high performance and availability, conduct daily activity for preparation of start / stop equipment as Unit Controller / Assistant Unit Controller request. In daily operation, field operator check all equipment parameter and report verbally to CCR and written report in the operational check sheet. Conduct equipment pre start up check as per pre start up check sheet and report it to Unit Controller.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma from Mechanical, Electrical, Control Instrument or Chemist
  • Having knowledge about Health, Safety and Environment aspect
  • Having knowledge about Power Plant Process
  • Having knowledge about FGD Operation
  • Capable to think and solve problems logically
  • Proficient in English Language

3. WTP WWTP Operator
WTP WWTP Operator is under Third Party Contract in general responsible to operate all water treatment, waste water treatment equipment.

Job Description:
Responsible to operate all water treatment, waste water treatment equipment and maintanin normal operation of WTP and WWTP. Reporting all activities other shift operator and WTP Leader.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma from Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical
  • Understanding in water treatment and waste water treatment system and process
  • Literate in general computer program,
  • Fast learner, work as a team, able to work under pressure and work on shift schedule
  • Communicative and strong analysis
  • Proficient in English

4. Performance Assistant
Performance Assistant is under Third Party Contract in general responsible to Support performance officer.

Job Description:
Collect and sort operational parameter data, Record plant energy consumption, Identify problem in general process production, Conduct performance test activities twice per year. Support performance officer in preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual report. Conduct coal fineness sampling after pulverizer PM, Conduct flue gas sampling activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma from Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical
  • Proficient in English language
  • Understand production process
  • Have knowledge in general CFPP process
  • Ready to be field deploy
  • Literate in general computer program, Proficient in Microsoft Excel is preferable
  • Able to work under pressure, handle repetitive work and deliver result under given timeline
  • Have high creative and initiative

5. Industrial Relation & Employer Service Officer
Responsible to monitoring & develop implementation of employee policies and procedures, handle grievance, dispute and any industrial relation.

Job Description:
Responsible to monitoring & develop implementation of employee policies and procedures, handle grievance, dispute and any industrial relation. Prepare document regarding industrial/employee relation in complience to the provision of management dicision, company policy, labor law and other legal requirement. Update media information containing all aspects related HR program/update/issue. Assist, monitoring and reporting process of performance management system.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree – Law / Psychology
  • 3 – 4 years experience in Industrial Relation sector or law firm
  • Strong knowledge Indonesian Law and Regulations, Labour Law
  • Having knowlegde HR Information system
  • Excellent coommunication skill, Logical thinking
  • People Handling skill, Quick decision maker, Teamwork
  • Performance management awareness
