HRGA DEPARTMENT HEAD

Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate from any major.
Minimum 5 years experiences in HR Leadership function.
Good knowledge in HR functions : employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment and employee relations.
Have good communication & interpersonal skill.
Have good analytical thinking.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Experience in handling HRGA Site Operations for construction projects would be beneficial.
Willing to be located at North Kalimantan Site (roster based). 

PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT HEAD

Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1); graduate from supply chain management / logistics / economics / business administration / engineering is desirable.
Minimum 8 years experiences as Procurement Department Head with experience in negotiating contracts for a wide range of categories & a strong track record in achieving results.
Have good knowledge on project management, category management, warehouse & logistics, legal compliance, and tax regulation.
Experience in smelter/power plant/construction project is a plus.
Able to work independently and in a team.

PAYROLL OFFICER (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Job Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering / Management / Accounting with min. GPA 3,00.
Minimum 2 years of experiences as Payroll Supervisor or similar position in Payroll Operations.
Mandarin Speaking ability is a must.
Strong capabilities in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.
Having experience in liaise with BPJS, Banks/Financial Institution & Regional Tax Office.
Able to work independently and in a team.

SMELTER CONSTRUCTION TEAM

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 
Have minimum 3 years experience in area of mechanical or electrical & instrument area of construction preferably in power plant projects.
Have good competencies on construction methods and system analysis.
Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project
Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site (roster based) 

CFPP CONSTRUCTION TEAM

Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) graduate majoring in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Have minimum 3 years experience in area of mechanical or electrical & instrument area of construction preferably in power plant projects.
Have good competencies on construction methods and system analysis.
Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project.
Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site (roster based).

CFPP PROJECT TEAM

Job Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering/ Construction Management/ Business Administration.
Min 3 years of experiences handling project management or similar position.
Good knowledge of Project Management Plan, such as managing compliance of utilities, jetty, off sites project specification.
Able to work both independently and in a team.
Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa.
Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site (roster based).
 

SMELTER PROJECT TEAM

Job Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering/ Construction Management/ Business Administration.
Min 3 years of experiences handling project management or similar position
Good knowledge of Project Management Plan, such as manage compliance of utilities, jetty, off sites project specification
Able to work independently and in a team
Excellent communication skill (written & spoken) in English and Bahasa
Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site (roster based)

COST CONTROL ENGINEER

Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Finance or Engineering with specialization in Project Management, Planning or Cost Control related training  
Have minimum 5 years relevant and similar capacity in cost controlling, preferably in Industrial Plant
Have good communication and interpersonal skill 
Have good analytical skill 
Willing to be on contractual basis during the project
Willing to be located at Bulungan, North Kalimantan


WAREHOUSE SECTION HEAD

Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years experiences (Supervisor level) in the area of Inventory Management preferably in construction projects.
Have good competencies on system analysis.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project.
Willing to be located at North Kalimantan Site (roster based).

SUPERINTENDENT

Job Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Management, Engineering, or related background
Min 5 years of working experience in Compensation & Benefit function
Strong compentencies in Remuneration Management, Human Resources Information System: preferably SunFish or SAP, salary survey, and job analysis & job evaluation
Good analytical thinking, high work standard, and detail oriented
