Tugas:

Accounting Assistant Manager
(Service office)

Tugas:
Do the daily accounting activities in order to maintain the bookkeeping and ensuring the transactions has been correctly recorded so the resulted data and information became reliable.
Assist Accounting Manager by providing the data requested by auditors during audit engagements (both external and internal), manage the reporting accounting team, co-ordinate with others in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly Financial Statements.
Perform fluctuation analyses (monthly, quarterly, yearly, actual vs actual, actual vs budget/forecast).
Ensure that all accounts are reconciled.
Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliation in monthly basis.

Profil:
1 – 2 years of experience in loyalty program, customer engagement, or in relevant field.
Accounting Degree, minimum of 2-3 years of experience in senior above level in an Audit Firm is a must. Experienced in the Big 4 accounting firm as an auditor, is an advantage.
Good communication skills, high level of curiosity, integrity and maturity.
Strong ability to prioritize, provide clear directions, and should be able to work on some tasks in a fast-paced. Have attention to detail, resilient, could work under pressure, discipline, driven by achieving results and exceeding goals.
Able to analyze and sound common-sense decisions.

Key Account Leader

Tugas:
Overall objective is to grow sales and sustain long-term profitability. Regularly meet with our customers to learn from their experiences, ideas and views in order to improve the quality of our offer and their shopping experience.
Analyse key account sales performance, customer feedback and database information and provide clients with projects on time on budget with right quality. Ensure all initiatives grow our sales and support the sustaining of long-term profitability.
Actively work with stakeholders in Sales, Logistics, Com In, Marketing, Legal, to identify and build long-lasting relation-ships with external partners (e.g. associations, interest groups, developers, media) serving the business community.

Tugas:
Use knowledge of people’s life at home, range presentation and the IKEA visual identity to support the Com&In team in presenting and communicating the IKEA product range.
Prioritise work to meet the needs and expectations of store visitors and minimise disruption when working on the shop floor.
Plan and order materials and resources and ensure costs are accurate and agreed. Secure high quality, simplicity and cost-consciousness in the execution of work by using best practises and following routines.
Implement the agreed Com&In/store action plan with a sense of urgency and an eye for detail in order to support the creation of a strong visual impression in the store.
Seduce the environmental footprint and minimise costs by working consciously with resources and materials, and maximizing opportunities to recycle and reuse materials.

Profil:
Carpentry experience gained in a commercial business, ideally in the construction and building industry or exhibition installations.
Understand life at home in the local market.
Knowledge about the IKEA Concept.
Understand the IKEA mechanical sales system.
Proficient computer skills.

Interior Design Specialist
(KBP/Com&In)

Tugas:
Contribute to the content of the department action plan with initiatives that will grow the business and support long-term profitability and execute the agreed plans together with the Communication & Interior Design team and other functions.
Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency and cost consciousness when planning and implementing all range presentation solutions using global tools and best practices.
Contribute to the creation of a Showroom matrix that reflects a wide variety of styles, living situations and price levels to create a good tempo with distinct visual impressions.
Stay up to date and knowledgeable about home furnishing, retailing and trends in order to contribute in workshops to generate creative ideas.
Keep visitors in mind when working on the shop floor, ensure disruption is minimized and stay aware of the importance of safety and the visual impact for visitors at all times.

Profil:
Ability to combine commercial, aesthetic and practical skills.

Tugas:
Contribute to the highest goods availability for customers by the correct and on-time execution of the store goods flow tasks, within the agreed goals of the action plan in the daily work.
Perform effectively the store goods flow operation and administrative tasks that support an efficient goods flow process. Be available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required.
Work according to inventory and administrative guidelines to maintain the data integrity of the inventory in order to maximize product availability for customers.
Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and requirements, and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment and building.

Tugas:

Maximize successful replenishment by driving the actions of forecasting and ordering and ensuring they are aligned with the commercial calendar.

Tugas:
Maintaining HR database including personnel records, co-workers daily attendance including annual leave and sick leave recap, and managing HR documents.
Will be responsible to prepare store payroll process for permanent and contract employee, and provide uniform and safety shoes for co-workers, including maintain the stock limit.
Ensure complete accuracy and confidentiality of the documents, and do HR administrative task including issuing reference letter.
Support any other different functions when needed.

Profil:
Understand article number 13 year 2003 related manpower policy in Indonesia.
Have excellent documentation skills obtained by holding administrative roles.
Data and computer literate, and able to manage filling/database system.
Having intermediate knowledge in operating Ms. Office, and familiar with any other software pertinent with current industry.
Well organized and methodical in your approach to problem solving.

E-Commerce Application Specialist
(SO/IT)

Tugas:
Provide technical support and insight to user according to the service level agreement and liaise effectively with vendor to solve the issue when required for Ecommerce website and related application for DFI IKEA. Working in shift, ad-hoc request and non-business hours (e.g. weekend, night and public holiday) is required.
Monitor the application performance based on the statistics or report to make the recommendations and implementation for improvement of application’s performance.
Work closely with DFI IKEA IT, vendor and IKEA IT of various professions for smooth implementation & maintenance.
Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities in applications and related processes.

Tugas:
Develop, maintain and periodical checking the standard governance process for IT Project Management, Application, Infrastructure and Security

Perform assessment of applications for emerging areas like cloud security, machine learning etc
Advise and review application security design to detect potential security issues and for each issue, propose and drive remediation tasks

Profil:

Tugas:

Logistics Manager Bali
(CMP Bali/ISL)

Tugas:
Lead the store logistics team and work with the country In-store Logistics and the store commercial team to secure the highest goods availability for customers at all times and at the lowest possible cost.
Secure the quality of products, merchandising, stock accuracy and customer shopping experience in the store.
Secure correct usage of short- and mid-term capacity needs by creating operating capacity through space optimization using available working methods and routines.
Work closely with the Sales and Supply Support team in CFU to secure a common short- and mid-term capacity plan by adjusting the supply to the store in order to maximize efficient logistics operations with the right balance in smooth incoming volume.
Secure an efficient logistics process in the store, including adherence to the Global Service Protocol. Contribute to the lowest possible costs by addressing root causes and taking actions to correct inefficiencies.

Profil:
